The Libyan oil production approaches its normal levels before the revolution

Current oil production in Libya reaches 1.5 million barrels per day; this is close to the production level (approximately 1.6 million barrels per day) before the outbreak of the revolution in February of the last year. This took place despite the fact that some armed groups are still trying to impede the work of oil companies in Libya. There are protests in front of the Arab Gulf Company, which is considered the largest oil producer in Libya, demanding transparency in how to spend oil money and provision of jobs for young people.
